The Toronto Raptors really needed to win Game 6 against the Milwaukee Bucks.
Not only were franchise history and a vengeful mascot video on the line, but there was also some pressure from the front office.
Some members of the Raptors organization attended Tuesday's Game 2 of the D-League Finals, which their affiliate Raptors 905 hosted.
An "Open Gym" episode released Friday shows Raps president Masai Ujiri imploring one of his players to take care of business in Milwaukee.
"Finish this (expletive) in six, man. You gotta finish them in six," Ujiri said.
DeMarre Carroll responded, "For sure."
Carroll and the Raps made good on that promise Thursday when they defeated the Bucks despite blowing a 25-point lead.
Toronto will face the Cleveland Cavaliers in the second round, which begins Monday.
