For the second time this series, "Iso Joe" delivered when it mattered most.

With Gordon Hayward forced out of the second half of Game 4 with food poisoning, Joe Johnson took over late, scoring 11 straight points for the Utah Jazz in the fourth quarter of Sunday's 105-98 win.

The 16-year veteran finished the contest with a game-high 28 points on 12-of-17 shooting, five rebounds, five assists, and a steal to help Utah tie its first-round series with the Los Angeles Clippers.

It isn't the first time Johnson's played the role of hero this postseason, as the 35-year-old helped down the Clippers in Game 1 with a buzzer-beating layup.

Johnson has been completely dominant in Utah's two postseason wins, averaging 24.5 points, four rebounds, and four assists, while shooting 67.7 percent from the field and 55.5 percent from the distance.

Game 5 tips off Tuesday at Staples Center.
