LeBron James hasn't lost a first-round game in the last five years thanks to ... his coaches?

The Cleveland Cavaliers icon led his club to a 106-102 victory over the Indiana Pacers on Sunday, marking his NBA-record 21st straight opening-round win.

Asked for a logical explanation behind James' unprecedented early postseason success, his head coach offered a joke.

"Great coaching," Tyronn Lue replied, laughing. "Spo did a great job"

Over his undefeated streak in the first round, James has played under Lue and David Blatt on the Cavs, and Erik Spoelstra on the Miami Heat. He's gone to six straight Finals, and captured half of those titles.

Sure, those are three very good bench bosses, but larger credit is due to the best player in the game.
