Kyrie Irving witnesses greatness on a nightly basis, and yet he still remains in awe.

Irving waxed poetic about LeBron James following yet another historic performance from the King, who led the Cleveland Cavaliers to a 3-0 series lead over the Indiana Pacers on Thursday night.

"He still amazes me," Irving told Chris Fedor of Cleveland.com. "The question is can he ever amaze you guys?

"Every time does something amazing he's always compared to someone else, other performances. But tonight, that was unbelievable. Another historic win for the Cavs organization. He does unbelievable things."

James had 41 points, 13 rebounds, and 12 assists while creating 73 out of Cleveland's 119 points on the road in a hostile arena. In doing so, James engineered the largest halftime comeback in playoff history, passed Kobe Bryant for third in all-time playoff scoring, and pieced together a flawless second half.

The King put up 28 points on 16 shots, made four 3-pointers, and grabbed six rebounds and seven assists against zero turnovers while playing the entirety of the third and fourth quarter. Cleveland outscored Indiana by 30 over that span to clinch the win.

To Irving's point, most people have been too spoiled by James' past accomplishments to appreciate the work he puts in on a nightly basis. But even by his own lofty standards, Thursday was one of the finest performances of James' career.
