Warriors' Durant questionable for Game 2

USA Today Sports

The Golden State Warriors might be without superstar Kevin Durant once again mere weeks after his knee injury.

Durant did not practice on Tuesday due to a left calf strain and is questionable to play in Game 2 against the Portland Trail Blazers. He picked up the injury in Game 1 on Sunday.

"If he didn't practice, there is concern," Warriors coach Steve Kerr explained to reporters of Durant's injury. "He's questionable."

Kerr confidently stated, however, that Durant would definitely return sometime in the series if he were to miss any time at all.

"That's fully the expectation (that Durant will return). But you have to be careful with this stuff too. We'll see how he feels tomorrow."

Shaun Livingston and Matt Barnes are also questionable. Livingston is dealing with a right index finger sprain and hand contusion suffered from diving for a loose ball in Game 1, while Barnes continues to battle a right ankle sprain from the regular season.
