Thunder's Victor Oladipo: Leads scoring charge with Westbrook out

Oladipo provided a team-high 20 points (8-16 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 3-3 FT) to go with nine rebounds and six assists across 34 minutes in a 100-98 win over the Timberwolves on Tuesday.

Analysis:

With backcourt mate Russell Westbrook (rest) sitting the game out, Oladipo was the Thunder's go-to playmaker on the night, and it unsurprisingly helped him turn in his highest marks in points, rebounds and assists in any of the last four games. The ball was also in his hands with the game on the line, and Oladipo rose to the occasion by hitting a tie-breaking jumper with 6.3 seconds remaining in the fourth quarter to give the Thunder their 47th victory of the season. It wasn't all great for Oladipo, who had a season-high eight turnovers in the win, but the strong shooting night should at least help restore some confidence heading into the playoffs.
