Bulls' Dwyane Wade: Ahead of schedule

Wade said his fractured right elbow has fully healed, but he'll be a game-time decision for Saturday's game against the Nets, K.C. Johnson of the Chicago Tribune reports.

Analysis:

Wade has missed the past 11 games recovering from the injury, which was originally expected to keep him out for the rest of the regular season, but it looks as though he'll have a realistic shot at suiting up Saturday after he was a full participant in practice Friday. While the 35-year-old has stated that he's ready to play, he'll still have to wait for team doctors to give him the green light to do so. If Wade does end up receiving clearance, he would likely see his minutes monitored in his first few games back, and could even come off the bench. Expect the Bulls to provide another update on his status prior to the 5:00 p.m. EST tip off Saturday.
