Rockets' James Harden: Double-doubles in win

Harden posted 31 points (6-19 FG, 4-10 3Pt, 11-15 FT), 10 assists, seven rebounds, three blocked shots and one steal over 39 minutes in Wednesday's 110-104 win over the Nuggets.

Analysis:

Harden missed his first game that was not suspension-based in three seasons on Sunday but came back from his illness with a vengeance, posting his 60th double-double of the season. The win locked in the third seed in the West for the Rockets, so Harden owners could be in a quandary if they are still playing for a championship. With nothing to left play for, it is likely that Coach Mike D'Antoni will rest his star players in preparation for the playoffs, so the All-Star's status should be monitored closely before utilizing him. Even if he does suit up and play Friday against the Pistons, expectations should be tempered as his usage will most likely be lower than normal.
