Raptors' Kyle Lowry: Will return Wednesday vs. Pistons

The 31-year-old is expected to immediately reclaim the starting point guard spot from Cory Joseph, and it appears he'll be without a minutes limit, though he'll likely still be monitored after such a lengthy layoff.
