Kings' Ty Lawson: Ruled out for rest Tuesday

Lawson will sit out Tuesday's game against the Mavericks for rest, Sean Cunningham of ABC10 (KXTV) Sacramento reports.

Analysis:

The Kings continue to rest some of their veterans down the stretch, with Darren Collison and Kosta Koufos also getting the night off Tuesday. Langston Galloway is the only other true point guard on the roster with both Lawson and Collison out, and should see extended minutes, while both Garrett Temple and Tyreke Evans could also spend more time as a ball handler.
