Mavericks' Dirk Nowitzki: Leaves Sunday's game with Achilles injury

Nowitzki suffered a right Achilles injury during Sunday's game against the Bucks and won't return, Earl K. Sneed of Mavs.com reports.

Analysis:

It doesn't sound too serious considering it's being listed as soreness, but Nowitzki will likely have additional tests performed after the game, which should give us a better indication if he'll miss any time. Tentatively consider Nowitzki questionable for Tuesday's tilt with the Kings. Before suffering the injury Sunday, Nowitzki posted 17 points (7-11 FG, 3-6 3Pt), five rebounds, one assist and one block across 26 minutes.
