Analysis:

Gasol will miss his fifth straight contest Sunday, as the Grizzlies will opt to keep him off the floor against the Lakers. Considering that the playoffs are closing in and the Lakers have one of the worst records in the league, it makes sense that the Grizzlies' coaching and medical staff would err on the side of caution. Zach Randolph and Brandan Wright will likely continue to see extended run in Gasol's absence.
