Nuggets' Darrell Arthur: Out Friday vs. Hornets

Arthur (knee) has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Hornets, Chris Dempsey of Altitude Sports reports.

Analysis:

Arthur has sporadically missed time all season with soreness in both knees, and it's the left one that's bothering him this time around. The big man hasn't been a consistent member of the Nuggets' rotation lately even when he's been healthy enough to suit up, so his absence Friday doesn't figure to move the needle much in either direction for the team's other frontcourt players.
