Lakers' Larry Nance: Grabs 11 boards Tuesday

Nance collected four points (2-6 FG), 11 rebounds, two blocks and one assist across 24 minutes in a 119-108 loss to the Wizards on Tuesday.

Analysis:

Coach Luke Walton's decision to shut down Luol Deng after the All-Star break and gradually phase Nick Young out of the rotation has worked to the benefit of Nance, who has picked up 20-plus minutes in all but three of the Lakers' 16 games in March. While Nance's scoring contributions remain volatile from game to game, he's been a regular fixture on the glass, having now pulled down at least seven boards in three consecutive contests. With Walton eager to give his youngsters plenty of run over the final two weeks of the season, Nance have some usefulness for owners in deeper leagues during the fantasy playoffs.
