Suns' Devin Booker: Ruled out Tuesday

Booker won't play Tuesday against the Hawks due to an ankle injury, Chris Vivlamore of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

Analysis:

Booker missed a game March 19 due to a sore right ankle and may have aggravated it during his 70-point outing last Friday against the Celtics, so the Suns will err on the side of caution in holding him out Tuesday. With Eric Bledsoe (ankle) and Brandon Knight (back) both done for the season and Leandro Barbosa nursing a hamstring injury, Derrick Jones look poised to enter the starting lineup in Booker's place, while T.J. Warren moves over from small forward to shooting guard. It doesn't sound as though Booker is dealing with anything serious, so he could be back in action as soon as Thursday against the Clippers.
