Pistons' Michael Gbinije: No longer dealing with ankle injury

Gbinije didn't see the court during Monday's 109-95 loss to the Knicks in a coach's decision.

Analysis:

Gbinije had previously popped up on the Pistons' injury report with a sprained left ankle, but it appears it's no longer an issue. He should dress again Tuesday against the Heat with Reggie Jackson (knee) and Reggie Bullock (foot) expected to sit out, but don't expect Gbinije to see the court outside of garbage-time scenarios.
