Cavaliers' Kyle Korver: Will miss next three games

Korver (foot) will miss at least the next three games, Joe Vardon of Cleveland.com reports.

Analysis:

Korver missed seven straight games with the same injury earlier in March, but was back in action over the Cavaliers' last three contests. However, with inflammation in Korver's left foot cropping up again, the Cavaliers will shut him down temporarily and try and get him as healthy as possible before the playoffs. He'll be reevaluated over the weekend, with a determination then being made regarding whether or not he'll be cleared for Sunday's game against the Pacers. With Iman Shumpert (knee) also out for at least Monday's game against the Spurs, J.R. Smith should be in store for major minutes at shooting guard in the short term.
