Rockets' James Harden: Dealing with sore wrist

Harden acknowledged that he's been dealing with a sore wrist since Monday's game against the Nuggets, Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Analysis:

Harden took a hard fall Monday that nearly resulted in him sitting out Friday against the Pelicans, but the All-Star ultimately hasn't been forced to miss time due to the injury. He hasn't seemed to be hampered much, as he's averaged 33.0 points, 13.3 assists, 6.3 rebounds, 3.7 three-pointers and 2.0 steals in 38.0 minutes per game over his last three contests. It's not expected that he'll be forced to miss time in future contests unless the pain flares up again, so Harden should represent a safe activation heading into the upcoming week.
