Rockets' Ryan Anderson: Will miss next two weeks
Anderson (ankle) has been ruled out for the next two weeks, Mark Berman of Fox 26 Houston reports.
Analysis:
Anderson's recent MRI on his ankle came back clean, but the Rockets are going to take a cautious approach in order to have him at full strength for the playoffs. If that two-week timetable holds true, Anderson will miss the next six games, with his first shot to return being an Apr. 9 matchup against the Kings. Eric Gordon will get the first crack at joining the starting five Sunday, as the Rockets are opting to go with a smaller three-guard lineup against the Thunder. Sam Dekker, however, should pick up some extra minutes off the bench for the duration of Anderson's absence as well.
