Knicks' Lance Thomas: Out Saturday

Thomas (hip) will not play in Saturday's game against the Spurs, Al Iannazzone of News Day Sports reports.

Analysis:

Thomas is nursing a hip injury that will now cause him to miss his second consecutive game. He had started three of the previous four games prior to the injury, and figures to continue being in line for relatively healthy minutes should he recover from this injury in a timely manor. Expect Kyle O'Quinn to see a boost in minutes off the bench with Thomas sidelined Saturday.
