Pacers' Paul George: Leads team with 27 in loss

George recorded 27 points (10-16 FG, 4-5 3Pt, 3-5 FT), nine rebounds, three assists, three steals and one blocked shot over 34 minutes in Friday's 125-117 loss to the Nuggets.

Analysis:

George's 27 points included draining four 3-pointers out of 5 attempts, and he's shot an impressive 42.9 percent from beyond the arc in March. His 26.8 points per game this month also dwarfs his normal averages, so even though the Pacers are on thin ice in the playoff race, George is certainly getting hot at the right time. He has a favorable matchup against the 76ers on Sunday and is a great start in all formats.
