Grizzlies' Andrew Harrison: Co-leads bench in scoring Thursday

Harrison registered eight points (3-7 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 1-2 FT), three rebounds, three assists and one steal over 16 minutes in Thursday's 97-90 loss to the Spurs.

Analysis:

Harrison co-led the second unit in scoring with Zach Randolph and provided his second solid offensive performance off the bench. The second-year guard had tallied 10 points over 24 minutes in Tuesday's loss to the Pelicans and is shooting 50 percent (6-for-12) from the field over the last two games. He's enjoyed an extended stretch of modest but consistent playing time in March, as Harrison has now seen between 11 and 24 minutes in nine consecutive contests. He's exclusively a very deep league option for those desperate for some scoring contributions at this point of the season.
