Mavericks' Seth Curry: Gets hot Thursday, leads all scorers

Curry (shoulder) started at point guard and scored a game-high 23 points (9-14 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 2-2 FT) to go with four assists and three rebounds across 35 minutes during Thursday's 97-95 victory over the Clippers.

Analysis:

After serving as the team's starting shooting guard in recent contests, Curry replaced Yogi Ferrell at point guard and clearly benefited from having the ball in his hands a little more. He was able to break an extended shooting slump in the process, as he had converted just 35.3 percent of his looks from the field over the previous six contests. With the lineup change yielding a win for the Mavericks, expect coach Rick Carlisle to give Curry continued run at point guard, which would enhance his fantasy utility over the final few weeks of the season.
