Knicks' Ron Baker: Will start Thursday

Baker will draw the start at point guard for Thursday's matchup against the Trail Blazers, Stefan Bondy of the New York Daily News reports.

Analysis:

With Derrick Rose (foot) out Thursday, Baker will draw the start. He's averaging 5.8 points, 2.5 assists, and 1.3 steals across 22.0 minutes per game over the past four games, but will likely see more run against the Trail Blazers. That being said, he could very well split time at the point guard with Chasson Randle, possibly limiting his production potential.
