Magic's Nikola Vucevic: Flirts with tripe-double Wednesday

Vucevic recorded 14 points (6-12 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 2-2 FT), 12 rebounds, eight assists, three blocks and one steal across 30 minutes of action in Wednesday's 109-102 loss to the Hornets.

Analysis:

Vucevic came just two assists shy of recorded his first triple-double of the season en route to one of his better fantasy lines on the year as he met or surpassed each of his statistical averages on the season. The Magic center has clearly benefited from the Orlando frontcourt becoming less crowded since their deadline trade to get rid of Serge Ibaka. Vucevic is averaging 18.8 points per game in 11 contests since the trade took place versus just 13.9 PPG prior to the deal.
