Gallinari, who has missed the last three games with a bone bruise in his left knee, indicated Monday that he was closing in on a return and was hopeful to play Wednesday, according to Chris Dempsey of Altitude Sports, but his doubtful designation implies that's likely no longer the case. Along with Gallinari, Wilson Chandler (groin) has also missed time lately and is listed as questionable Wednesday, so if both are out for another contest, rookie Juancho Hernangomez would presumably face the unenviable task of trying to slow down LeBron James.
