Pistons' Henry Ellenson: Assigned to D-League

Ellenson was assigned to the D-League's Grand Rapids Drive on Monday, Aaron McMann of MLive.com reports.

Analysis:

Ellenson will practice with the Drive on Tuesday before playing in their game Wednesday against Raptors 905, followed by a weekend back-to-back set against the Fort Wayne Mad Ants. The rookie first-round pick has made just 14 appearances with the Pistons this season, with none coming since Jan. 18.
