Wizards' Markieff Morris: Expected to return Monday

Morris (illness) is considered probable to play Monday against Boston, J. Michael of CSN reports.

Analysis:

An illness kept Morris out of action for the Wizards' last two games, but the expectation is that he'll return to action Monday as the team looks to bounce back from its loss to Charlotte on Saturday. Morris has struggled of late, averaging just 9.8 points per game in the month of March after finishing February with averages of 17.6 points and 6.7 rebounds while shooting 39.4 percent from beyond the arc. Assuming he's cleared to play, expect Morris to return to the starting lineup, pushing Jason Smith back to the bench.
