Spurs' Manu Ginobili: Out for rest Sunday

Ginobili will sit out Sunday's game against the Kings for rest purposes.

Analysis:

Coach Gregg Popovich is known for resting veterans throughout the season, and with the playoffs about a month away, he'll hold out the 39-year-old for the second time in 10 days. Ginobili should be back in action Tuesday against the Timberwolves, but look for most of his minutes to fall to Jonathon Simmons and Kyle Anderson on Sunday.
