Rockets' Lou Williams: Scores 14 off bench in loss

Williams scored 14 points (4-12 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 6-8 FT) to go along with two assists and one rebound over 31 minutes in Friday's 128-112 loss to the Pelicans.

Analysis:

After torching his former team for 30 points on Wednesday, Williams came back to Earth a bit in Friday's loss. whether he's a Laker or a Rocket, Williams remains one of the NBA's premier sixth men, as he's kept lighting it up after Los Angeles. Since joining the Rockets he's averaged 15.9 points, 2.6 assists and 2.3 rebounds per game. Although these averages seem modest, he has a tendency to blow up with a huge game like he did on Wednesday, and if you're a James Harden owner, he is a great insurance policy if you're headed into the playoffs.
