Raptors' DeMar DeRozan: Has off night in win

DeRozan scored 14 points (3-9 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 8-8 FT) to go along with eight rebounds and six assists over36 minutes in Friday's 87-75 win over the Pistons.

Analysis:

After 22 and 25 points in his last two contests, DeRozan cooled off on Friday and managed only 33 percent from the floor, although he more than held his own at the defensive end in holding Marcus Morris to 1-for-13 shooting. DeRozan's still the focal point of Toronto's offense while Kyle Lowry (wrist) remains sidelined, as he's averaged 25 points, 5.8 rebounds and 3.8 assists since the point guard was injured. It's looking like Lowry will be ready for the postseason, so until the end of the regular season DeRozan should still be Toronto's best fantasy option despite Friday's unexciting stat line. The Raptors face a less-than-impressive Indiana defense Sunday, making him an excellent play in all formats.
