Cavaliers' Kevin Love: Returning to starting five

Love (knee) will return to the starting lineup Thursday against the Jazz, Cleveland.com reports.

Analysis:

After taking part in a light practice Wednesday, Love has been given the green light to return to game action just four weeks and two days after undergoing surgery on his left knee to remove "loose bodies." The All-Star was expected to remain out for roughly six weeks, but he missed only 13 games and will now have an opportunity to reassert himself within the Cavaliers' offense before the postseason. Coach Tyronn Lue indicated that Love would face an unspecified minutes restriction Thursday, and the Cavs may opt to initially hold him out of one half of back-to-back sets. As a result, Love is somewhat of a risky play in daily contests until he proves he's back to 100 percent.
