Cavaliers' Kyle Korver: Goes through short practice Wednesday

Korver (foot) participated in Wednesday's abbreviated practice, Marla Ridenour of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.

Analysis:

Despite the practice lasting under a half hour, Korver being able to take part despite the tendon inflammation in his left foot is certainly a good sign for the Cavaliers. That being said, he should still be considered doubtful for Thursday's tilt against the Jazz, though the Cavaliers will likely issue an official designation after that morning's shootaround. For the time being, J.R. Smith will continue to be the main source of the Cavaliers' volume shooting from beyond the arc until Korver returns.
