Pacers' Al Jefferson: Held out of rotation for second straight game
Jefferson (coach's decision) didn't see the floor in a 87-81 loss to the Knicks on Tuesday.
Analysis:
For the second straight game, Jefferson didn't leave the bench, as coach Nate McMillan stuck with Rakeem Christmas as the primary backup to starting center Myles Turner. Considering Jefferson shot just 36.4 percent from the field over his previous four appearances and doesn't bring much value on the defensive end, it wouldn't be surprising if Christmas enjoyed an extended run on the second unit at Jefferson's expense.
