Cavs on fire in 1st half against Pistons

Ken Blaze-USA TODAY Sports

The Cleveland Cavaliers aren't playing great defense of late, but they know how to fill up the cup when they want to. The Cavs shot 85 percent during Tuesday's first quarter against the Detroit Pistons, which included starting the game 10-for-10 from 3-point range.

The 69.2 percent they shot in the half is a season-high. Kyrie Irving led the way with 17 points. Strangely enough, none of Cleveland's 11 treys belonged to LeBron James.
