Hawks' Paul Millsap: Goes for 21 in victory

Millsap recorded 21 points (7-13 FG, 1-3 3 Pt, 6-6 FT), six rebounds, four assists, one steal and a block across 36 minutes in Friday's 105-99 victory over the Raptors.

Analysis:

Friday's game marked Millsap's fifth straight 20-plus point performance, which has boosted his season average to 18.3 points per game. He's averaged a blistering 22.2 points per game along with 7.7 boards per game in the month of March. While Millsap's output was somewhat linked to the quality of Dwight Howard's performance earlier in the year, both players have been able to post excellent stat lines of late, and it's obviously helped the Hawks hold onto their fifth-place position in the East. Millsap and the Hawks will try to keep crawling up the standings on Saturday against the Grizzlies, a team they have yet to face this season.
