Lakers' Julius Randle: Tallies triple-double in loss to Mavericks
Randle tallied 13 points (3-8 FG, 7-8 FT), 18 rebounds, 10 assists and one steal across 35 minutes during Tuesday's 122-111 loss to the Mavericks.
Analysis:
Despite a limited number of shot attempts, Randle produced his second-highest outputs of the season in both rebounds and assists en route to his second triple-double of the season. His achievement was perhaps lost in the shuffle in a blowout loss where Dirk Nowitzki reached 30,000 career points, but Randle continues to showcase a multi-faceted skill set that has led to averages of 12.3 points, 12.6 rebounds and 4.4 assists per game over his last eight.
