Jazz's Joe Johnson: Out Monday vs. Pelicans
Johnson (groin) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Pelicans, Jody Genessy of Deseret News reports.
Analysis:
Johnson will be sidelined for a third straight contest with the left groin strain, leaving Joe Ingles and Alec Burks on hand to absorb all the reserve minutes on the wing. The 35-year-old is averaging 8.4 points, 3.0 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.2 three-pointers in 22.6 minutes per game on the season and doesn't hold much fantasy value outside of very deep leagues.
