Bulls' Rajon Rondo: Questionable Monday vs. Pistons

Rondo (ankle) didn't practice Sunday and is considered questionable to play Monday against the Pistons, Nick Friedell of ESPN.com reports.

Analysis:

Rondo tweaked his right ankle in Saturday's loss to the Clippers, but after getting taped up, he was able to return to the contest and finished with five points (2-7 FG, 1-1 3Pt), nine assists, four rebounds and three steals in 29 minutes. It appears he may have been experiencing some swelling after the contest, however, so the Bulls will check back in on his condition at morning shootaround Monday before determining if he can play. If Rondo misses the contest, Jerian Grant and Cameron Payne would be in store for increased run at point guard.
