Timberwolves' Ricky Rubio: Triple-doubles in OT loss

Rubio registered 11 points (4-12 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 2-4 FT), 13 rebounds, 10 assists and three steals across 43 minutes in Saturday's 97-90 overtime loss to the Spurs.

Analysis:

Despite the fact that he shot under 40 percent for the fifth time in the last seven games, Rubio found plenty of other ways to contribute. He hauled in a season-high rebound total and dished out double-digit assists for the seventh time in the last nine contests, allowing him to claim his first triple-double of the campaign and the fifth of his career. Occasional shooting struggles aside, he's also been more consistent as a scorer since early February, posting double-digit point totals in 10 of the last 14 games.
