Analysis:

With Kyrie Irving (rest) out, Williams will get his first opportunity to play 30-plus minutes with his new team. LeBron James (rest) is also out, likely putting the majority of the team's ballhandling duties in Williams' hands. While Williams is likely not a viable option in most year-long fantasy formats, he may make a nice low-cost DFS option.
