In the absence of Kyle Lowry, the Toronto Raptors have grown reliant on DeMar DeRozan's heroics, and they're growing increasingly accustomed to him coming through.

DeRozan was at it again Friday night, helping the Raptors to a monstrous win over the Washington Wizards that pulled the two teams into a virtual tie for third in the Eastern Conference while securing the season series for Toronto.

DeRozan is the NBA's resident master of the mid-range, but he had it going from deep against the Wizards. With the Raptors leading by three and 20 seconds to play, he iced the victory with a clutch pull-up triple - his third on three attempts in the game.

The Raptors are now, improbably, 5-1 without Lowry on the season, and DeRozan - after his game-high 32 Friday - has averaged 34.2 points in those six games.
