The surgery is set to take place Tuesday in Los Angeles. Davis originally injured his shoulder during the 2015-16 season, and it has progressively worsened since. The big man averaged 4.3 points and 4.3 boards across 17.2 minutes per game this season. He started 12-of-36 games for the Trail Blazers. His absence should create a few more minutes for Meyers Leonard off the bench.
