Warriors' Shaun Livingston: Fills in scoring gap Tuesday after Durant injury

Livingston scored a season-high 14 points (5-7 FG, 4-4 FT) along with three rebounds, two assists, one steal and two blocked shots over 24 minutes in Tuesday's 112-108 loss to Washington.

Analysis:

The Warriors lost Kevin Durant to a knee injury early in the first quarter, requiring several bench players to step up production and play more minutes than normal. Livingston, Patrick McCaw and Andre Iguodala were the main beneficiaries of minutes in Durant's absence. If the injury is significant, the same trio of reserves should be in line for increased roles, though we aren't counting on double-digit scoring from Livingston on a nightly basis. Tuesday's effort was just the fifth time this season he's scored at least 10 points.
