Kings' Tyreke Evans: Will come off bench Monday vs. Timberwolves

Evans will come off the bench for Monday's game against the Timberwolves, Jason Jones of the Sacramento Bee reports.

Analysis:

Evans made his first start in a Kings uniform during Saturday's loss to the Hornets, but it appears coach Dave Joerger isn't done tinkering with his lineups in the wake of the DeMarcus Cousins trade. The Kings are expected to continue to cap Evans at around 27 minutes per game in light of the multiple knee setbacks he's incurred in recent seasons, so his playing time isn't likely to take a major hit upon moving to the bench Monday.
