Rockets' Patrick Beverley: Out Saturday vs. Timberwolves

Beverley (groin) is out for Saturday's tilt against the Timberwolves, Rockets play-by-play announcer Craig Ackerman reports.

Analysis:

Beverley's groin strain that he's been dealing with since prior to the All-Star break has caught up with him, and he'll miss Saturday's contest. In his place, Eric Gordon will draw the start, with Lou Williams presumably taking over Gordon's role as the sixth man.
