Pelicans' E'Twaun Moore: Won't play Saturday vs. Dallas

Moore (personal) won't play Saturday against the Mavericks, Justin Verrier of ESPN.com reports.

Analysis:

Moore is away from the team due to a personal issue, so the shorthanded Pelicans backcourt will be even further depleted without their starting shooting guard. Hollis Thompson, who signed a 10-day deal Friday, may be the top candidate to get the start. Consider Moore questionable to play Sunday against the Thunder in Oklahoma City until the Pelicans say otherwise.
