Patterson (knee) will play during Friday's game against the Celtics, Ryan Wolstat of the Toronto Sun reports.

Analysis:

Patterson has missed the past six games due to a knee bruise, but is now recovered enough to play in Friday's game. That being said, his fantasy value has likely dropped, as he'll serve as the primary backup to newly acquired big man Serge Ibaka.
