Celtics' Avery Bradley: Unlikely to play Friday

Bradley (Achilles) isn't expected to play in Friday's game against the Raptors, Jay King of MassLive.com reports.

Analysis:

Bradley traveled with the team and took part in morning shootaround, but the Celtics seem inclined to remain cautious with their starting shooting guard after he suffered a setback with his right Achilles' tendon a couple weeks ago. Bradley looks set to sit out for the 21st time in 22 games due to the injury, which may afford either Jaylen Brown (hip) or Marcus Smart another turn with the top unit. Smart is expected to see the majority of the minutes at the position, regardless of whether he starts or not.
