The Atlanta Hawks will sign forward Ryan Kelly for the remainder of the 2016-17 regular season, according to ESPN's Brian Windhorst.

The 25-year-old suited up for nine games in a Hawks uniform at the start of the year, averaging 1.1 points and 1.1 rebounds in 5.2 minutes as a reserve.

He was waived by Atlanta on Jan. 6.

In 156 career appearances over four seasons (predominately with the Los Angeles Lakers), Kelly has contributed 6.2 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 1.4 assists on 38 percent shooting from the field.
